Well, my day was good apart from one thing: my boss being a condescending, rude woman.
If you’ve been in the UK today, you may have noticed that there was a severe weather from the Met office today because there was meant to be a months worth of rain falling in one afternoon. I discovered this morning while sitting eating my breakfast this morning and watching the news.
APPARENTLY THIS IS ODD, STRANGE, FREAKISH AND UNUSUAL!!!!
That’s right. I mentioned the above information during a conversation with my boss about the weather, and she looked at me like I was some kind of freak because I watched the television in the morning. Is it really that odd for someone to check what the weather is going to be like before they leave the house?! I just wanted to see if I needed a large coat or could do without one! At least I checked so I took a coat with me, rather than letting my two children out of the house only to be soaked in their shorts! I mean honestly, she isn’t going to win any “Mother of the Year” awards anytime soon with that kind of attitude.
Ok, fair enough, you may not think that watching tv in the morning is a good idea, but there is no need to be rude at the fact that I do. She looked like I had just told her to go fornicate a goat with a cucumber! All I said is that I watched tv to find out the weather for five minutes.
Ok, rant over, but I think its justified. Anyhoo, I’ve got to go be polite rather than blogging as I’ve commandeered my friend’s computer before our Feedback meeting. Bye!
